QUALIFICATIONS

I am an InterNACHI certified professional home inspector.  In order to achieve this level of certification, I completed over 90 credit hours of formal education across 14 individual course topics including HVAC, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing.  My certification also covers decks, fireplaces, stoves and chimneys and moisture intrusion.  In order to remain certified I complete 24 additional credit hours annually on a variety of related topics.

I am a 2005 graduate of Northwood University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration.  Go Timberwolves!

I served in the Unites States Navy from 1984 through 1990 as an avionics technician.  This rating required extensive military electronics training.

My career was spent in technical service and operations for one of the world's largest retail security solution providers.

I have over 30 years of personal experience with home ownership, maintenance and remodeling.
